The Building Process
Step 1 - Get the levels of the ground ready.	Step 2 - Get one corner squared up.
Step 3 - Mark out the foundations.	Step 4 - Dig foundations.
Step 5 - Cast foundations.	Step 6 - Build the foundation walls.
Step 7 - Fill in the cavity of the foundation walls.	Step 8 - Fill and compact for the slab and place the plastic underlay and mesh. The plumber and electrician do the first fix.
Step 9 - Cast the ground floor slab.	Step 10 - Make sure the mortat mix is correct when laying the bricks.
Step 11 - Build the ground floor brickwork.	Step 12 - Install the precast decking system.
Step 13 - Cast concrete to 1st floor.	Step 14 - Build the 1st floor brickwork.
Step 15 - Install roof trusses and roof covering.	Step 16 - Plaster walls.
Step 17 - Install ceilings.	Step 18 - Install aluminium windows and doors.
Step 19 - Install all doors.	Step 20 - Paint the house.
Step 21 - Tile bathrooms and floors.	Step 22 - Install mixers and basins.
Step 23 - Install the light fittings and plugs.	Step 24 - Install the skirting then the carpets.
Step 25 - Fit the pergolas.	Step 26 - Install the paving.
